Our flat is located on the top 5th floor. The large and open living/dining room is comfortably and cosily furnished with the built-in wardrobe and offers access to the 8 m2 balcony, which offers you a breathtaking view over the Seehofseeli (Natural ice rink) and Davos mountains. Practical, yet generously designed kitchen offers enough storage space and work surfaces. The bedroom with built-in furniture made of Swiss stone pine ensures optimal sleep and relaxation. With south-facing windows, the flat enjoys plenty of light and sun. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. All rooms have underfloor heating. Vis-a-vis the flat entrance is a laundry room with its own washing tower. The cellar compartment is on the 3rd floor. 1 garage space with charging station for electric car; ski room with lockable cupboard are located on the lower floor.
